Subscription and Cancellation Information

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to Hospice Bereavement Solutions, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This subscription agreement is a binding contract between you (the "Subscriber") and Hospice Bereavement Solutions.

2. Subscription Duration

• Upon subscription, the Subscriber commits to a minimum subscription period of one year from the date of initiation.
• The subscription will automatically renew for subsequent terms of one year each unless canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

3. Early Cancellation

• In the event that the Subscriber wishes to cancel their subscription before the completion of the one-year term, they are required to provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• Early cancellation will incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the annual subscription.

4. Payment Obligations

• The Subscriber agrees to fulfill all payment obligations associated with the subscription.
• Payment for the annual subscription is due in advance, and any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the Subscriber.

5. Renewal

• Unless notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew for successive one-year terms.
• Renewal fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

6. Non-Transferability

• The subscription is non-transferable.
• The Subscriber agrees not to assign or transfer their subscription to any other party without the explicit written consent of Hospice Bereavement Solutions.

7. Customization and Service Modifications

• Hospice Bereavement Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service, including features, content, or access levels, without prior notice.

8. Confidentiality

• The Subscriber agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Hospice Bereavement Solutions, including but not limited to software, documentation, and other materials.

9. Termination for Cause

• Hospice Bereavement Solutions reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by the Subscriber.

10. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
